Rate of Pay: Up to $21.00
Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:
Support the Liquor Manager in all operations
Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions
Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels-no long lines
Problem solve customer questions and/or concerns
Train and develop future Liquor Store Managers
Interview and hire new employees
Assist with merchandising to keep our shelves full (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs.)
Prioritize and establish work lists to maintain a steady amount of work for employees
Help maintain a clean and safe store
Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Jerry's would love to see an individual who:
Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
Has experience working in a liquor store (2-3 years preferred)
Can share with shoppers' information on wine, beer, and food pairings
Understands the importance of following all municipal/state/county/location carding laws
Knows about customer relations, protocols, and good work plans
