Process consumer loan applications and associated documents(NO MORTGAGES)

Ex: Income and ID documentation

Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along to get the file into underwriting.

Must be able to handle a pipeline of 65-100 files, at any given time.

Verify debt to income ratio, confirm and verify consumer loan information against their submitted loan documents

Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information and documentation via phone, text, email, and secure upload.

Operates in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE WITH SPECIFIC DEADLINES
