Case Mix • Orthopedics (Total joints, neuro spine, sports) • General Surgery • Plastics (Cosmetic & Reconstruction) • Podiatry • OB ( C-sections/year) • Ophthalmology (Cataracts) • Light pediatrics (dental, laparoscopic) Skills Required • Nerve blocks • OB anesthesia • Spinals • General anesthesia • Pediatric experience preferred • Rural health experience strongly preferred Staffing & Volume • 3 4 CRNAs on shift • Fridays include 2 pediatric-focused CRNAs • Busy OR environment • Average 3 5 cases per CRNA per day, depending on case load Travel & Malpractice Covered
