Coverage/Contract Dates: 3 Months, full time hours

Schedule/Work Hours: M-F; 8AM-5PM

Scope: Extractions/Fillings/ Bread and butter dentistry

Ages: All ages, youngest patient anticipated 10 years old

Patient Volume: 16-20 PPD

Active FL License and FL Medicaid required
