Job Summary
  • Position: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Location: Gastonia, North Carolina
  • Unit: Neonatology
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 91 days
  • Care Setting: Inpatient, Level III NICU
  • Shift: 24-hour, 20 hours per day of shift coverage
  • Number of Beds: 16-suite Level III NICU
  • Procedures: NICU and newborn nursery coverage

Key Requirements
  • Licensure: NC license (or willing to obtain)
  • Board Certified: NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
  • Experience: 2+ years as NNP (not including RN experience)
  • Certifications: Current APRN National Specialty Certification
  • Vaccination: Required, no exemptions
