Findlay, OH: NP only. Ages 2+, Primary Care and Acute Care, No Workers Comp. MD-Scripts EMR. Covid required.

2/13 7a-6p, 8/7 7a-6p, 8/9 8a-6p, 8/10 6a-3:30p

Celina, OH:. NP or PA. Ages 2+, Prefer some OccMed. COVID vaccine req'd

6/26-6/30 7a-3:30p

DETAILS:

Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family, OccMed

Patients: Avg. 10-15 Per full day (8 hours), ages 2 and up

Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care

3 years Clinical experience in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting

Must be comfortable working independently in case the MA is out

REQUIREMENTS:

Active OH license

DEA

BLS

Privileges: Approximately 2-3 weeks
