️ Evaluate and manage endocrine disorders (diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, etc.)
️ Conduct follow-ups and chronic disease management visits
️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
️ Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
️ Provide patient education and lifestyle counseling
️ Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
️ Experience in endocrinology or primary care preferred
️ Active New York license (or eligibility to obtain)
️ Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills
️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
