Duration: 1-year commitment preferred

Schedule:

  • Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • 8-hour days with 30-minute lunch

  • 40 hours per week (36 patient-facing, 4 administrative)

Practice Details:

  • Adult-only patient population (no pediatrics)

  • Average 20 patients per day

  • Current team: 3 physicians (1 departing in December), 3 APPs, 1 new APP starting September

  • Support: 1 MA per clinician, shared nursing & front desk staff, onsite manager

  • Exam rooms: 2 per clinician

  • Lab & Imaging: Quest Lab and Jefferson Radiology onsite

  • Residents: None

Requirements:

  • CT medical license (required)

  • 2+ years of Primary Care experience (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

  • EPIC EMR experience
