About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and delivering patient-centered education.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care

Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation

Educate and support patients and their families

Participate in ongoing quality-improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Active NP license in New Jersey

Experience in pediatric and primary care settings

Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program

Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Familiarity with EHR systems

CPR and BLS certifications

No additional certifications required

Patient Details:

Ages: Pediatrics 0-18; Adults (younger population)

Patient Volume: 2-4 patients per hour
