Orthopedic Physician Assistant

Work-Life Balance:

• Partner directly with a newly recruited Orthopedic Surgeon helping shape the future of the program

• Practice within a collaborative specialty pod model designed for efficiency and growth


Ideal Work Environment:

• Foundational Orthopedic PA role with the opportunity to help build and grow the orthopedic program

• Mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities

• Dedicated MA support, athletic trainer support, RN leadership, and cross-trained specialty staff

• Modern facilities with three operating rooms and dedicated procedure space

Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package:

• Base salary: $125,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus:

• Sign-on incentives anticipated and currently being finalized

Relocation Assistance, Relocation Stipend:

• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance available

Qualifications:

Degree:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

Certifications:

• NCCPA Certified

Licensure:

• Eligible for Wisconsin PA licensure


Experience:

• Orthopedic experience preferred
