Position Details

  • Annual Salary: $100,725.73 - $142,225.00 (based on experience; 2,080 hours/year)

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

  • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 for a 3-year commitment

Availability / Licenses / Certifications

  • Arizona PA License (required)

  • DEA Registration (reimbursed)

  • Board Certification (reimbursed)

  • Professional Liability Insurance: fully covered

  • License & Subscription Fees: reimbursed
