Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our inpatient team. This is a full-time role (36 hours/week, 3 shifts) offering autonomy, collaboration, and consistent physician support.
What You Can Expect:
- 12-hour shifts with a manageable schedule
- Work within a Critical Access Hospital setting
- 9-bed open ICU with respiratory support onsite
- Double physician coverage during the day for collaboration
- Average daily census of patients total
- T-Systems EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $90 $110/hour
- Full benefits package
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
- $25,000 annual stipend for W2 providers
