- Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

- Care Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with call coverage
- Number of Beds: 4 ORs
- Procedures: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN robotics, Urology, Podiatry
Key Requirements
- Licensure: Active AZ license required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Board Certified: Must be certified by the NBCRNA
- Experience: Minimum one year, must provide case logs of blocks performed
- Skills: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
- Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 90 days
