Schedule: We are looking for a provider who specializes in Neuro Oncology to cover every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as specified in the schedule attached in the practice description. 8a-4p
We will approve a guarantee below as follows:
- Tues: 8-hour guarantee
- Wed: 8-hour guarantee
- Thurs: 4-hour guarantee
Providers are required to take a one-hour lunch (12-1) except on Thursday's.

Patients per shift: 15
Providers Requested: 1
EMR: Epic
Skills required: 2 years neurologic oncology experience required, or equivalent (must be relevant! Within the last couple of years)
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes
License required: Active CA License Only
DEA: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days - Activity logs within the last 2 years will be needed for privileging.
