LOCATION: Chicago, IL area

We are looking for experienced NPs or PAs to provide Occ Med/Urgent Care coverage in the Chicagoland area. Day shifts and Night Shifts available.

Franklin Park Location

Walk in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine

Shift openings: asap-12/29/23 possibly extending

Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 7a-10p and Sat 8a-5p

Various shifts within the Chicagoland area - will float to all centers and shift times as needed.

EMR: Allscripts

Bridgeview Location

Dates-12/4/23- 2/2/24 -Shifts- 9p-6a Mon-Fri overnight shift

Clinic hours are Mon-Sun 24/7 (SW part of Chicago)

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have DOT Certification for all locations

BLS Certification

IL License and DEA required

1 year of experience with Occ Med/Urgent Care
