A large, mission-driven teaching hospital in Queens, NY, affiliated with a leading New York City medical school, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible OB/GYN to join an established department providing comprehensive women's health services to a highly diverse and underserved patient population. This is a full-scope OB/GYN opportunity with an academic component, supportive colleagues, and a call schedule designed to be sustainable.
Clinical Responsibilities- Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including:
- Labor & Delivery coverage
- Outpatient women's health
- GYN surgery (minimally invasive capabilities welcomed; not required)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in department initiatives focused on quality, safety, and patient experience
- Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
- Opportunity for an academic faculty appointment commensurate with credentials and experience
- Approximately 1,300 deliveries annually
- Team includes 13 attending physicians with subspecialty support (including MFM, Urogynecology, and MIGS)
- Robotic surgery available (not required)
- Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Call: minimum 2 shifts per month (1 weekday + 1 weekend day)
- Additional call shifts may be available based on departmental need and your interest

- Eligible for New York State medical licensure
