Pediatrician - Newport & Covington, Kentucky

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our growing care team serving the families of Newport and Covington, KY. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality pediatric care with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and long-term incentives.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Salary Compensation: $280,000 annually (includes base, production, and quality bonuses)

  • Production Bonus: $40 per encounter starting at 321 encounters per month

  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)

  • Retention Bonus: $8,000 after 2 & 3 years; $8,500 after 5 & 7 years; $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter

  • Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $3,000

  • Loan Repayment: NHSC eligibility

Schedule & Workload
  • Hours: 36 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

  • Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:40 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:50 PM

  • Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:50 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:50 PM

  • Lunch Break: 30 minutes daily

  • Production Requirements: 24-30 visits per day

  • Call Rotation: Backup call only, typically 1 in 5 weeks
