- Brand-new outpatient clinic that is attached to the hospital
- Flexible schedule offering 4-day work week or Monday Friday option
- Bread & butter Pediatrics = well-child checks, same-day sick visits, newborn care, and general peds
- Average 20 patients per day, clinical hours per week
- 1:4 call rotation shared inpatient and nursery coverage
- Light inpatient census avg. 1-3 patients
- Approx. 25 nursery babies per month
- Typical cases = routine fluids, mild respiratory illnesses no complex cases
- Up to $300,000 guaranteed base salary
