Applicant will be responsible for handling all phases of real estate files after a real estate transaction. Duties include processing the file, electronically recording documents with the proper county clerk, making sure all mortgage payoffs are processed, either by wire transfers or overnight delivery, and generating final title opinions or title insurance policies. Must be detail oriented. Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour for lunch.
