This outpatient practice is known for its comprehensive, team-based approach, with adult and child psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses working together to provide the highest quality of care.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time options: 40 hours or 36 hours/week (with prorated salary)
• Flexible schedule: Monday Friday or 4x10-hour shifts
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• 100% outpatient only no call, no weekends
• Bilingual Spanish a strong plus

Clinical Details:

• Adults: minute follow-ups, minute evaluations
• Child/adolescent: up to 90-minute evaluations at provider discretion
• EMR: Netsmart
• Full clinical support: nurses and therapists complete comprehensive workups before psychiatric visits

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive employed salary: $155,000 $170,000 (commensurate with schedule & experience)
