What You ll Do

• Provide full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgical services during overnight shifts
• Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient care
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic testing
• Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver safe, timely care
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflows using Epic EMR
• Support quality, safety, and performance metrics for the Trauma Surgery service

What You NeedRequired

• Current Physician Assistant (PA) licensure/certification (details not provided)
• 2+ years of trauma surgery experience (per program guidance)
• Ability to work overnight/nocturnist shifts
• Experience working within inpatient/high-acuity surgical workflows

Preferred

• Completion of a surgical fellowship (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to practice autonomously while managing multiple complex tasks
• Comfort working in Epic EMR (or equivalent EMR experience)
