Required Skills:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist licensure in Massachusetts
• Proven experience in physical therapy, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessment tools and evidence-based intervention techniques
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
• Proficient in electronic medical records documentation and regulatory compliance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students
• Familiarity with wound care, assistive device training, and manual therapy techniques
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in a long-term care or similar environment

• Availability to start on June 15, 2026
• Willingness to adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and professional practice standards
• Ability to travel to the Haverhill, MA facility and obtain necessary supplies or equipment as required
