What we collect

We collect only what a booking actually needs: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, traveller count and any preferences or requirements you choose to share. For confirmed international bookings we additionally collect passport details, because airlines and embassies require them.

Why we collect it

To prepare quotes and issue booking confirmations.
To make reservations with airlines, hotels and local operators on your behalf.
To contact you about your trip before, during and shortly after travel.
To meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers who need it to deliver your trip — the airline that issues your ticket, the hotel that holds your room, the operator running your excursion — plus payment processors and, where legally required, government authorities. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Passport scans are deleted within 90 days of your return. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and this website

This site sets one essential cookie to keep your session alive while you use a form or the admin panel. It carries no advertising identifier and is not shared with third parties. Embedded content from Google Maps and YouTube sets its own cookies under those providers' policies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to info@gatewaytonorth.pk and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is stored on access-controlled systems, passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form, payment details are handled by PCI-compliant processors and are never stored on our servers, and staff access is limited to the people working on your booking.
