Visas & documents

Passport validity of six months, two blank pages and a printed itinerary cover most borders. We handle Schengen, UAE, Turkey and Thailand paperwork in house.

Packing

Carry-on only is realistic for trips under ten days. Roll soft items, use one cube per category and keep a change of clothes in the cabin bag.

Health & insurance

Check the repatriation limit, not just the treatment limit. Trekking above 3,000m and diving usually need a named rider on the policy.

Money

Carry two cards on different networks plus a small cash float. Always decline dynamic currency conversion at the terminal.

Staying connected

An eSIM bought before departure is cheaper than airport roaming almost everywhere. Download offline maps for every city on the route.

When to travel

Shoulder season buys you better weather-to-crowd ratios and 20–30% lower hotel rates in most of Europe and Southeast Asia.

For international trips with flights, six to ten weeks gives the best fare-to-availability balance. Peak season (June–August, Christmas, Eid) should be booked three to four months out. Domestic northern Pakistan trips can be arranged with two weeks' notice outside peak summer.

Yes — every group tour on the site is a starting point. Extend nights, upgrade hotels, drop an excursion or add a city. Send the changes through the Custom Tours form and we will re-quote within 24 hours.

A 30% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due 21 days before departure. We accept bank transfer, card, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Nothing is charged when you submit an enquiry.

We prepare and submit documentation for Schengen, UK, UAE, Turkey, Malaysia and Thailand. Government fees are billed at cost. Approval is always the embassy's decision — we do not guarantee outcomes, but our documentation pack is thorough.

Cancellations more than 30 days out are refunded in full less any non-refundable airline or hotel charges. Between 30 and 15 days, 50% is refundable. Inside 15 days the booking is non-refundable, though we will always try to move your dates instead.

Tours marked Family Pick are built around shorter travel days, flexible mornings and hotels with family rooms. Children under 5 usually travel free on hotel-only components; ask us for exact child pricing when you enquire.
