Before you book

Transport questions we get daily

Fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance and the driver's fee. On multi-day trips the driver's food and accommodation are billed at cost, usually PKR 2,000–3,000 a day. Park entry fees, permits and the Khunjerab National Park ticket are separate.
Sedans and MPVs are fine on the Karakoram Highway proper, and to Naran in season. You need a 4x4 or a local jeep for Deosai, Fairy Meadows from Raikot Bridge, Rama, Arang Kel's track and Shandur Pass. Coasters and buses cannot use some narrow northern sectors — we will tell you honestly if the vehicle you picked will not make it.
Yes. One-way transfers between northern towns are common — Hunza to Skardu, Naran to Gilgit over Babusar. Because the driver has to return empty, one-way fares include a return-leg charge, which we show on the final quote.
Babusar Top and Khunjerab Pass usually close under snow from about November to late May or June, and Deosai from November to June. The Karakoram Highway to Hunza via Besham stays open year round. We will route around anything shut.
A 30% advance holds the vehicle and the balance is settled at the end of the trip. Bank transfer, card, JazzCash and Easypaisa all work. Nothing is charged when you send this request.
Every group tour already includes its transport. This page is for standalone hires, extra vehicles for a larger party, or getting between two places outside a booked itinerary. Mention your booking reference in the notes and we will link the two.
